PLEASE CONTACT KIA OR THE SCHOOL OFFICE FOR DETAILS OF HOW CLUBS AND AFTER SCHOOL PROVISION MAY RUN FROM SEPTEMBER 2020.
Welcome back everyone. We hope your all enjoyed your holiday. We are looking forward to welcome our new members of KIA over the next few weeks.
Please can all bookings made via text to the club phone 07711904928 or the school office. Texts can be sent anytime. But if you would like to speak to me, then after-school hours would be appreciated as I have limited time to answer the phone through a working day.
Below you will find the pricing structure for this academic year.
I have been asked, once again, for all invoices to paid in advance or 'pay as you go' to cover our overhead- especially so during this unpredictable time. Bills will be sent out electronically and we ask that payments be made by BACS or voucher.
I will be putting photo's on here over the year so you can see what your child/children have been doing. We have great activities on offer each night for your children to participate in. Our team is here to make their time safe, fun, engaging and enjoyable.
On arrival they will be greeted by one of the team who will take the register while they choose a drink and biscuit.
If you would like any more information please pop in and see one of the team.
During these unprecedented and unpredictable times our club looks and feels a little different. Our aim is to provide, as always, a safe and happy place for your children. As such, we are operating in the school hall with 'bubble' groups. Each 'bubble' has tables and chairs for the children to sit at with activities for them. We provide a wide range of games and art for them while keeping them safely in their class 'bubble'. Each child has a stationary/colouring pack with their name on, which is safely stored. Any toys and games used are cleaned or quarantined between uses.
Juice and biscuits are still offered on arrival and a later snack at approximately 4.50 pm, all at a safe social distance.
We will include outdoor play when the weather allows, once again, keeping 'bubbles' safely apart.
We are all growing into the 'new normal' and in time we hope that your children will find that club doesn't feel too different. They have shown great resilience and are adapting very well to the new routines.

The pricing structure for this academic year September 2020-2021 is as follows:
Price per hour £4.20/no half hour sessions
Price for whole session £10.00
Breakfast Club, whatever time you arrive £5.00
Registration fee for casual and regular users of the Club £10.00
This covers the whole family for life and will be added to
the first invoice. It will be a one off payment.
Late collection fee: £5.25 per child for every 5 mins late.
This covers staff to stay behind with the child. Persistent lateness will result the place being suspended.
We appreciate flexibility is crucial for working parents which is why our pricing structure is constructed as above.
We have spent hours deliberating over keeping the hourly rate as low as possible whilst balancing our rising overheads.
