Water Bottles and Snacks

We want all children to be alert and ready to learn. As the children know, a brain needs to be well-watered.  We encourage the children to bring in their own water bottles.  These are kept in the classroom and the children can access them  and they can be easily refilled in the classroom when needed.

We encourage the children to bring in healthy snacks for break time. We ask that these are fruit or a similar healthy alternative.

 

Pencil Cases

Now that the children are in Year 5, they are welcome to bring in a pencil case if they wish. We recommend including essential items such as pencils, pens, erasers, a glue stick and a ruler. These items are the children’s responsibility, so please ensure they are named wherever possible.
