Happy New Year Kestrels! Welcome to 2025! I can't believe it is Term 3 already! We have another busy term coming up but it promises to be a good one.

In English we will be using the story The Rhythm of the Rain to write a setting narrative and finish the term by writing haikus. In Maths we will continue with our multiplication and division focus followed by units on money and statistics

In Geography we will be continuing our learning about the UK and France but this term our focus will be on mountains and we will be comparing the Lake District and the Alps. 

In Art we are going to be creating our own pieces of art work inspired by the artist Carolee Clark and in R.E. we will be going back to our Hinduism learning and we will be finally answering the question "What does it mean to be a Hindu in Britain today?"

In term 3 our P.E. days have changed to a Monday and a Tuesday. 

This term we will also be working towards our class production. Further details about this will be sent out shortly.
