Welcome to Our School

Welcome to Our School

Welcome to Ketton Church of England Primary School. Our school is situated in the heart of Ketton village, in the County of Rutland. We are close to the Lincolnshire border and near to the historic town of Stamford. We are a popular and expanding school.

Our Vision of “Success for all” leads to our children becoming successful, confident, responsible and reflective individuals who are equipped to thrive in modern Britain. Our vision is underpinned by Our Christian Values of: Forgiveness, Honesty, Kindness and Unselfishness. "Ask, and you will receive; seek, and you will find; knock, and the door will be opened to you.” Matthew 7:7

Peter Cantley – Diocesan Director of Education

    Quotes about our school

  • Ketton School is an awesome school because we have loads of play spaces to explore outside, the lessons are really fun and everyone is treated the same. The teachers are fair and always listen to us. Everybody is kind to each other and we respect the beliefs of others.

    Year 6 pupil

  • “Carefully and collaboratively chosen Christian values are the thread that weave through the implementation of the school’s educational offer. This has created a safe, respectful community where individuals think for themselves and achieve better than pupils of a similar age.”
