Blueberry, Strawberry and Banana Lollies

Blueberry, Strawberry and Banana Lollies

These lollies are not only delicious, but also very healthy!

Ingredients

50g strawberries (approximately 3 large ones)

50g blueberries (approximately 22)

1 banana chopped

200ml low fat yoghurt

Lolly moulds (you could also use ice-cube trays or empty yoghurt pots)

What to do

Wash your hands thoroughly!

1. Wash the strawberries and blueberries. Place the strawberries on a board and use the back of a fork to mash them and pull out the stalks.

2. Put all the fruit in a bowl and use the back of a fork to mash them thoroughly together. You will need to use your muscles for this!

3. Add the yoghurt and mix thoroughly.

4. Carefully spoon the mixture into the lolly moulds and put the lids on. Place in the freezer overnight.

5. When you are ready to eat them, take them out of the freezer and place in a bowl of warm water for 30 seconds. This will help to release them from the moulds.

Enjoy!
