Strawberry and Chocolate Brownie Pudding

450g strawberries 3 tbsp icing sugar 350 ml whipping cream 2 tsp vanilla extract 4 chocolate brownies |

What to do |

Wash your hands thoroughly! |

2. Place the other half of the strawberries on a plate and use the back of a fork to mash them into a pulp.

3. Carefully put the strawberry pulp into a sieve and place on a bowl. Using a spoon, push the pulp through the sieve, leaving behind the lumps and seeds. Then, using the side of your spoon, scrape the underside of the sieve to remove all the juice. |

4. Put the cream, remaining icing sugar and vanilla extract into a large bowl. Hold the bowl firmly and whisk it until it forms stiff peaks. |

5. Crumble the brownies into small pieces and drop them in the bowl. Add the strawberry juice and gently stir it all together.
Spoon the mixture into bowls and place some of the strawberries from step one on top. |
