In a world where you can be anything, be kind!
We always talk about the importance of being kind to others but often we forget about being kind to ourselves! My mindfulness challenge for this week is for you to take on the 5 day ©ELSA Support "Be kind to yourself" challenge. Each day there is a different activity to complete which encourages you to be kind to yourself! I'm definitely going to be giving it a go. I hope you do too!
