Can you make a bubble wand?

What you will need

• A stick, lollipop stick or wire
• Pipe cleaners or wire
• Scissors (ask an adult to help)
• Beads (optional)
• Paint (optional)

 

Method

1. If using wire ensure you have cut the wire to the correct size to form the handle and the shape at the top. Ask an adult to help with the scissors.
2. If using a stick and a separate piece of wire or pipe cleaners cut them to size (ask an adult for help), leaving enough room to wrap around the handle. Then mould them into the shape you like most and attached to the stick. Wrap it around a few times so it is secure.
3. If you want to decorate you can add beads to your wire handle and create a curved end at the bottom so they don’t fall off. Alternatively, if using a stick you can paint the handle of the bubble wand.
4. Ask an adult to help you create bubble solution or for pre-made bubble solution.
5. Blow bubbles!
