Week 2

And breathe...

Being able to focus in on your breathing is an important element of being mindful. Focusing on each in and out breath can help you to calm down if you are feeling angry or upset.

 

My mindfulness challenge for this week is to make a mindfulness pinwheel and use it to complete the pinwheel breathing exercise. The instructions for both are included below.
